When the Mazon & King David (now Doctor Destroyer) reign mellowed out a little bit, it was up to me to continue making the music. I had made a few beats before, learning a little from DD and other cats. I loved sampling. So I made up my mind to put out a self-produced project. And this is what it came down to.

I got the name Sling Lord from a Ghostface lyric he spit on "Fish" off Ironman, "..the biochemical sling lord throwing the arrows into dope fiends."
